The Treasure Hunters (Reading Rewards)
Reading begins the last day of school. Keep a list of all the books the children have read. Blank reading logs (optional) are available at the library. Bring the list to the library once a week beginning July 9 through August 6. Pick up a chain and brag tag and add beads to the chain for each book. Meet one of the reading challenges and choose a prize.
Saturday July 9 at 11:00 – Get Slimed: make a jar of sea slime all blue and glittery
Saturday July 16 at 11:00 – Play in the sand: peel and stick sand art
Saturday July 23 at 11:00 – Swimming Sea Creatures Craft
Saturday July 30 at 11:00 – Colorful Jelly Fish Craft
Saturday August 6 – LAST DAY TO TURN IN READING LISTS – Activity TBA
