Sullivan County is distributing KN95 masks and free at home COVID tests. Free masks and free at home COVID tests are available at the library and the Town Hall in Eldred. Residential households can also order free at home COVID tests at http://www.usps.com/covidtest. The library has free wi-fi and computers with internet access for public use.
