Sunshine Hall Free Library

Among the many “Small Libraries,” the FREE GARDEN LIBRARY stands alone! Hand painted by local art star Todd Anderson, it is a colorful celebration of the Garden spirit and is dedicated solely to high-quality books about food and gardening, including cookbooks.

BOOKS ARE FREE, EVERYONE IS WELCOME TO TAKE ONE!

The library will open May 23 and remain active during the Barryville Farmers’ Market Season.

**We cannot accept drop-offs, and please be aware we are only accepting high-quality books related to food and gardening, no fiction, or small paperbacks.

The re-paving of the library parking lot is complete! The front parking area will remain closed until Wednesday morning but we are OPEN! Please park in the back of the library and stop by for a visit!

We are so excited to announce this year’s theme – Unearth A Story! We will be diving into the world of dinosaurs, archaeology, paleontology and history to spark curiosity, imagination and learning across all age groups.

Choose from Legos, magnetic tiles, a sensory bin, a train set, soft squishy blocks and more! We also have craft projects to create in the library or take home with you!
