Get a library card

You will be notified when your card is ready to pick up at the library. 

Photo ID will be required to pick up your card.  If the address on the ID is a street address in Lumberland or Highland, then no additional proof of address is required. If the address is not in either of those towns or is a PO Box, proof of address will be required (e.g., a bill, pay stub, mail from a government agency, apartment lease, rent receipt, car insurance).

If you are not a resident of the Town of Lumberland or Highland, and you do NOT live in the Ramapo Catskill Library System, you may apply for a pay card for $20 per year.

If you have a library card for a library in the Ramapo Catskill Library System, you may use it at our library. If you are a resident in the Ramapo Catskill Library System, and do not have a library card, you may apply for a free card at your local library: RCLS list of member libraries.
